This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from HomeHarbor.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email.


2. DELIVERY LOCATIONS

We currently ship within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations. Availability of international shipping will be shown at checkout.


3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed:

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, customs processing (for international orders), and external factors beyond our control.


4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order size and weight

  • Shipping method selected

All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.


5. TRACKING INFORMATION

Where available, tracking details will be issued by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.


6. DELIVERY DELAYS

HomeHarbor is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier or postal service disruptions

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Industrial action

  • Events outside our reasonable control

Such delays do not entitle the customer to cancellation or compensation where the order has already been dispatched.


7. INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at checkout. HomeHarbor is not liable for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.


8. LOST OR MISSING PARCELS

If your order is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

Claims for missing parcels must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
